# world-qud-eligibility

The groupant beside world/src/qud.rs in the Mova repository: what the code computes, what it never does, how to go back from its outputs, its invariants, cost and checks.

## Facts

- **kind:** groupant_fragment
- **status:** partial source bound model
- **source:** [`world/src/qud.rs`](https://github.com/ElamurAI/mova-free/blob/main/world/src/qud.rs)
- **source SHA-256:** `68ab6b4d5bfabd85…`
- **covers:** Source scope eligibility; see model.md for functions and dependency limits. (bytes 7948–13176)
- **part of:** [world-qud](https://md.groupants.elamur.ai/free/en/mova/world/src/qud.rs.groupant/)
- **repository folder:** [`world/src/qud.rs.groupant/eligibility.groupant`](https://github.com/ElamurAI/mova-free/tree/main/world/src/qud.rs.groupant/eligibility.groupant)
- **repository commit:** `855da7bd4a7b`

> **Implementation material.** A Mova code model describes this code at one source revision: partial models, finite checks and their stated scope. It is not a reviewed general exposition, and its labels are shown as written, never raised.

## Obernants

The typed relations around the forward model: the behaviour complement (what the code never does), the reverse reconstruction (every input compatible with an output) and specialised views.

## Model text

### forward

Congruence requires shared content unless question content empty, then a wh-specific filler. Complete means nonpartial filler and predicate present (or YesNo). Proper names bypass lexical animacy; nouns require Animate.

### invariant

Nonempty disjoint question content rejects; missing wh slot rejects. Slot completeness is independent of stack priority. Unknown noun animacy does not satisfy Who.

### cost

O(T^2) case-child scans per question plus set and external animacy costs.

### composition

This fragment shares source and state with its siblings; root composition specifies ordering and latent dependencies. It is not an independent replacement API.

### epoch-memory

Predicted latest eligible and partial persistence; 46,656 bounded histories confirm. Generic-hedge prose overstates implementation: Who+maybe is complete. No production repair or continuous approximation metric proposed.

### checks

Five native tests: 46,656 six-step histories (279,936 transitions), uncertainty interaction, empty-content slot gate, four polarity preimages, ordered givenness. Fragment scopes are defined by source byte ranges; root evidence distinguishes executed helper tests from inspection-only branches.

### behavior-complement

Within the scoped input/output universe, violating uncertainty or novelty is excluded by the source model. This inner constraint family does not claim a complete complement.

### reverse-reconstruction

Converse retains all inputs compatible with the scoped output and fixed dependencies; projections and discarded candidates generally create multiple antecedents. No single inverse is claimed.

### uncertainty

Only YesNo hedges and indefinite fallbacks mark partial; Who+maybe with new proper noun remains complete.

### novelty

Where/When/What usually test q.words novelty; Why and case-based How do not uniformly do so.
