### Descriptant

The crate root of the Elephant's tamping step over papers: declares the modules `anchor`, `build`, `cluster`,
`corpus`, `importance`, `norm`, `read`, `synonym`. No logic of its own.

lib = the module tree; every public item is its module's.

No state, no side effect at load.

None at run time.

### Composition

Parent: `wordgraph-tamp` (registry). Used by `main.rs` and by tests.

Compiled by every `cargo test --manifest-path wordgraph/tamp/Cargo.toml` (9 unit tests, 2026-11-06).

### Behavior complement

Re-exports nothing from `wordgraph` or `mova_whale`; defines no feature flags.

### Reverse reconstruction

Inapplicable in substance: the module list is the whole content.
