### Descriptant

The crate root of the parse service: declares the modules auth, cache, engine, html, mcp, quota, ratelimit, server,
store, svg and text.

### Approximant

`lib = {auth, cache, engine, html, mcp, quota, ratelimit, server, store, svg, text}`; no code of its own.

### Invariant

Every module is declared once; nothing runs at load.

### Cost

None at run time.

### Behavior complement

No logic, no I/O, no state.

### Reverse reconstruction

The module list recovers the crate's file set (one file per module).

### Model presence

Each declared module has its own groupant beside its file.

### Tests

Compiled by every test of the crate (`cargo test -p mova-serve`, 40 tests, 2026-11-06).
