## Model text


### Descriptant

The elephant command line: the store (init, add, retract, tamp, view, status, compare, lists, plan, reprogram, suspects), English (ask, serve, client) and the loop (work, work-summary). Source: `tools/elephant/src/main.rs`.

### Forward approximant

Dispatch on the arguments; writing store commands and work take STORE/writer.lock; serve and work hold their own singleton locks.

### Invariant

Two writers never act on one store at once.

### Cost

As the commands it runs.

### Composition

Parent: elephant.

### Behavior complement

Parses arguments only; no behaviour of its own beyond dispatch and locks. Evidence status: source-derived model with finite checks, not a proof.

### Reverse reconstruction

The argv names the command.
