### Descriptant

The mova-beaver command line: scan, apply, status and watch with a configuration path. Source: `tools/beaver/src/main.rs`.

### Forward approximant

argv -> Config::load -> run::scan|apply|status|watch; anything else prints usage and exits 1.

### Invariant

Unknown commands or missing arguments have no effect beyond the usage message and a non-zero exit.

### Cost

Constant beyond the called pass.

### Composition

Calls run.rs.

### Behavior complement

Not done: no flags beyond those of scan/apply (--recent, --no-sol), no daemon mode beyond watch. Evidence status: source-derived model with finite checks.

### Reverse reconstruction

The printed report identifies the outcomes; the configuration is not recoverable from output.

### tests.md


cargo test --release --offline --manifest-path tools/beaver/Cargo.toml (2026-11-07): 9 unit tests and 4 end-to-end tests on a fake site tree. Negative control 2026-11-07: switching off heading masking turned the masking test red; restored. Pilot 2026-11-07 on five real deep dives: 13 inserts, 5 Sol calls, all pages re-attached.
