# ontology-external-alignment

The groupant beside models/ontology-external-alignment.groupant in the Mova repository: what the code computes, what it never does, how to go back from its outputs, its invariants, cost and checks.

## Facts

- **kind:** groupant_group
- **status:** partial descriptive instance
- **bound sources:** 10
- **repository folder:** [`models/ontology-external-alignment.groupant`](https://github.com/ElamurAI/mova-free/tree/main/models/ontology-external-alignment.groupant)
- **repository commit:** `855da7bd4a7b`

> **Implementation material.** A Mova code model describes this code at one source revision: partial models, finite checks and their stated scope. It is not a reviewed general exposition, and its labels are shown as written, never raised.

## Obernants

The typed relations around the forward model: the behaviour complement (what the code never does), the reverse reconstruction (every input compatible with an output) and specialised views.

### descriptant

#### ontology-external-alignment: wave29

wdx::Tsv→wdgraph::for_each_row/read_isa_edges and wdlex rows; IsaGraph rebuild→rank_kinds/folk_ancestors; wdalign::src_names→wdwalk::n_sources_str; wdwalk::read_core→bridge::map_class or explicit model membership, candidates→coresel confirmation; wdvmm::ask→corevmm/judge live-only; wsd→query/kb/core; eval→query::Answer; build::Builder→Zip. P31 adapter differs between alignment and walker, and CRC/bounds remain ZIP gaps.

This source-bound partial group organizes existing Mova code. Native evidence and excluded effects are recorded in source sidecars and the root wave29 report. Registration is not a universal proof or whole-system runtime claim.

### model

## ontology-external-alignment

### forward

wdx/wdlex JSON→rank-bearing TSV; wdgraph sorted triples→CSR→SCC edge removal; wdwalk folk(P171 rank stops,P279 free)→candidate confidence a*r*.85^d; wdalign support A and nsrc>=min_src→lexicographic winner. wdvmm parse maps answer IDs but confirmation external. wsd total=Lesk/10+1.5prior+.5core+domain and epsilon1e-9 choice; eval maps Answer/gold to statuses and zip-prefix totals. Zip supports Builder's archive entry reads.

### invariant

Q identities transport through nodes[idx], never reused compact indices after SCC removal. rank0 remains raw provenance but graph scans drop0. ILI/WN constitute one source. Numeric mean/sd exclude bounds; candidates are not confirmed truth.

### cost

Add actual JSON/TSV scanning/compression, sorting E log E, SCC V+E, repeated closure up to V(V+E), folk vector scans potentially quadratic, per-synset support and WSD signature work. Whole graph/candidate/corpus paths unbounded by tiny fixtures; external IO/teacher excluded from measurements.

### composition

wdx::Tsv→wdgraph::for_each_row/read_isa_edges and wdlex rows; IsaGraph rebuild→rank_kinds/folk_ancestors; wdalign::src_names→wdwalk::n_sources_str; wdwalk::read_core→bridge::map_class or explicit model membership, candidates→coresel confirmation; wdvmm::ask→corevmm/judge live-only; wsd→query/kb/core; eval→query::Answer; build::Builder→Zip. P31 adapter differs between alignment and walker, and CRC/bounds remain ZIP gaps.

### domain

Finite synthetic UTF8/JSON/TSV, fresh tiny temporary zstd and ZIP fixtures, well-formed graph CSR/rank coordinates, representable u32 offsets/u16 depths, positive workers/chunk where invoked. No live datasets or teacher.

### limitations

All21 tests inspected and repeated; per-source compiled mutants/restored positives. External orchestration remains source-derived only. No whole-composition correctness or executable percentage surrogate claim.

### checks

- 21 native selected tests twice debug and twice release, equal sorted outcomes
- 10 compiled source mutants fail assertions exit101, exact restoration and positive reruns
- 10 parent ASTs twice byte-identical,10 scoped fragments share parent AST
- Schema source/SQL columns compared without database execution

### catalog

### behavior-complement

Exclude promotion of candidates to truth by parsing, reuse of pre-break CSR indices after removal, counting ILI+WN twice, and unknown units entering numeric candidate stream. Raw rank0 export is allowed even though hierarchy excludes it. No all-or-nothing artifact guarantee.

### reverse-reconstruction

Composite fiber includes raw JSON variants with same lossy TSV, duplicate triples, removed cycles, discarded folk bypass paths, losing alignment candidates and overwritten answer lines. Observed accepted mapping constrains support and lexicographic order but does not recover unique raw evidence or proof.

### identity-transport

Q→idx_g(Q)→nodes_g(index) is identity for present Q; idx_before cannot be reused in rebuilt g2. Rank vector must be recomputed in g2.nodes order.

### source-count-join

n_sources(mask)=1[label]+1[lex]+1[ili∨wn]=n_sources_str(src_names(mask)); all16 masks checked. This agreement does not validate candidate factual truth.

### numeric-join

wdx quantities preserve amount/unit/bounds strings; wdwalk converts value and bounds using property-specific factor, computes mean/sample sd on values only, min/max on union. Unsupported units skipped; finite values not universally gated.

### effect-precedence

wdvmm cap guard precedes mkdir/teacher; append log precedes is_error. Extractors may partly write before refusal; Zip slices precede compression dispatch. Compiled controls test selected boundaries, not live transactional behavior.
