# Global library

General explanations admitted by an independent review: none yet, and this page says why.

The global library holds general explanations of algorithms and scholarly works — writing that stands on its own, apart from any one implementation. An entry is published only when the hash-bound publication catalog admits it: global scope, an independent editorial review, rights that allow export, an explicit list of the files that may be shown, and a manifest whose hash still matches. A missing entry, another scope or a stale hash never counts as admitted.
